Perico Bay Club

Perico Bay Club's incomparable setting on 300 acres includes 14 lakes, the Intra Coastal Waterway, inlets and great views of Palma Sola Bay. Organized in seventeen quiet neighborhoods with 10 swimming pools, this gated community also includes an large lap size swimming pool, four tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a club house.

Please notify guard when you expect visitors or service personnel. Prior notice will expedite their entry.

Only PBC owners with a user id and password may view PBC and component association documents and the resident directory on this website. Everyone may view events, recreation and photos.

TV Channel 95 from Bright House is a closed circuit channel just for PBC residents and contains general information, names of officers for the Master Association, and meetings and social events that are scheduled to take place during the month. You are invited to attend all PBC events posted, as well as those sponsored by your component association. To request that an event be added to the presentation, please email ch95pbc@gmail.com. To have an event added to the Events section of this website, send an email to pericoweb01@gmail.com

Channel 96 is a closed circuit camera view of the main gate and guardhouse for PBC.

Normal trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday each week. Recycling is picked up on Friday. Please review the list of items to be recycled under PBC Announcements on this website. Yard waste is also picked up. Check with your management company for the correct day.

Your building is protected from termites through a system that has an annual
maintenance cost. Check with your management company or homeowners association for details.

PBC Announcements

ATTENTION!!!

If you leave PBC during the summer, it is important that you storm proof your home before you leave. Stow away any items that you have outside that might become dangerous missles in high winds during a Hurricane. Please see that all items are safely stored or they might end up in your neighbors' units.

Coyotes have been reported walking behind Audubon Drive close to the mangroves and have wandered up to Edgewater I. A large one was seen walking behind Bldg. B recently. Be careful walking pets.

We would suggest that if you have neighbors that walk a dog, let them know to be watchful, especially in the early morning and after dark.

Do not feed stray animals or wild creatures of any kind.

No boating, swimming, fishing (or anything else) in the retention ponds.
